January 11th: Virtual Cats 101 – All About Cats
Organized by the town of Lake Oswego, Oregon, learn what makes cats special and what their normal behavior is, and shatter some common cat myths. The event will take place on Mondays through February 22nd. Find out more here.
January 17th: Virtual yoga with cats
Animal Aid in Portland, Oregon invites you and your cat – or other animal companion – to a virtual yoga class. Hosted by yoga teacher Bonny Chipman, this online course is open to all skill levels (including those who have never tried yoga) and is hosted through Zoom. Places are limited, so get in touch soon! January 22nd: Answer your cat’s question day
Does your cat have any questions? Today is the day to answer them. On this special day, listen to every meow and try to understand what your cat is getting at.
January 29th to 31st: Community Cats Podcast Online cat conference
Get valuable insights from some of the most knowledgeable leaders in the animal welfare community at this one-of-a-kind virtual event from Community Cats Podcast. The seminar deals with the health of cats. Rescue and rescue of cats; how to start a local program to help cats in your community; and best practices for cat spay and neuter.
